The Disability:IN Conference is the global disability inclusion event of the year, serving as a platform to celebrate and promote inclusive workplaces, supply chains, and marketplaces where people with disabilities are recognized and fully integrated as professionals, customers, and entrepreneurs.

Attendees can expect a dynamic and engaging itinerary, including various breakout sessions. I’m humbled to have been asked to collaborate with esteemed industry experts such as Sarah Cline from Accenture, Anna Beninger from Liberty Mutual, Megan Smith from Amazon, and Elaine Carroll from Google as we collectively share our knowledge and insights.

Titled “Global Accommodations Policies and Practices,” our session brings together representatives from multinational companies committed to creating an inclusive workplace environment. The panel discussion will highlight best practices that help individuals with disabilities thrive in their workplaces. It also offers valuable learning opportunities. Participants will gain insights into corporate best practices for accommodations and adjustments, enabling them to create inclusive workplaces. They will also learn about developing effective accommodations policies and practices, which are essential for ensuring equal opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Moreover, the panelists will emphasize the advantages of a centralized accommodations budget, offering a comprehensive perspective on resource allocation and management in this crucial area of inclusion.

Beyond the panel session, I’m excited to connect with attendees individually in the DOBE Lounge. These personalized meetings will allow for more tailored discussions on accommodations practices. Schedule a free 15-minute consultation with me on Calendly

Even if you’re unable to attend the conference, there are other ways to reach me to discuss future projects, pick my brain, or exchange ideas. And if we haven’t connected on LinkedIn yet, send me a request.

I look forward to connecting with you soon! Let’s network, exchange ideas, and further explore the importance of disability inclusion.
