The holiday season gives us a welcome opportunity to pause and reflect on the blessings in our lives.

You are one of mine. I am sincerely thankful for the chance to serve you and your team this past year. Now it’s time to tackle your inclusion goals in 2023 and beyond.

If you find yourself making good use of the coming quiet time in the office, reach out to me. I’ll likely be doing the same thing! I’d love to hear about how your 2022 went and what you are planning for 2023.

If you are working on changes to your built environment, it’s good to get an initial idea of your current level of workplace accessibility, inclusivity, and equality. So, I invite you to take my short yet insightful quiz. It will provide some helpful guidance on initial improvements. Try it and find out how you rate.

As we approach the end of the year, I hope you find time to take a well-deserved break. May your time with family and friends fill your heart with love and appreciation. And may this time of celebration bring a sense of joy, peace, and contentment into your life.

Wishing you all the best this holiday season and a wonderful start to the new year!
